Interactive Strategy for Ro Creative Company
Role: UX Designer. Research, Analysis, Strategy

Background
Founded six years ago, RO Creative Company, also known as ROC CO., has risen to prominence as a globally recognised wedding and event planning firm, renowned for its innovative and cutting-edge designs.
ROC CO. is renowned for its expertise in catering to a high-end clientele, primarily composed of affluent couples who aspire to craft opulent and meticulously designed weddings. These clients highly prioritise exclusivity and sophistication, aiming to transform their special day into a timeless celebration that impresses and leaves a lasting impact on their guests.
Problem
ROC CO. is currently using a wide range of tools to communicate with clients and manage events. However, this approach adds extra steps to the workflow and reduces operational efficiency. This may negatively impact the company's reputation, highlighting the importance of optimising and streamlining these processes.
Approach
The goal was to provide a digital solution for our client to manage RO Creative’s operations and client communication in one space, within 10 weeks of project launch.
The interactive strategy development process consisted of 4 phases of work: Research, Analysis, Ideation, and Design.
In the Discovery phase, we completed a client briefing, Situation Analysis, market research, and extensive user research. For user research we conducted a set of interviews and surveys. We also created two personas based on user interviews from both planner and client sides.
In the Ideation phase, we determined the UX theme and created a sitemap and initial user flows. These were used to create the first wireframes for the main use case. We presented the client with 3 potential solutions with different budget ranges and varying features.
In the Design phase, we wrote a detailed interactive strategy for the chosen solution. We designed a style guide and a prototype, and then presented our strategy to the client.

Solution

To address our current client's requirements for streamlining work communications and planning processes within a single digital tool, we recommend utilising the existing platform, the website rocreativeco.com, rather than investing resources in developing a new one.
For the website, our plan involves incorporating a login section for both the planner (our client) and her clients, resulting in the creation of two major sections: planners and clients both for the mobile and desktop versions.
Furthermore, we propose using forms or chatbots to facilitate planner in onboarding her clients and granting them access to her platform. In the future, we might also explore the incorporation of AI and CRM tools.
